Your role is to support our customers B2B and make them happy to use our service.

What will you do

Nibol B2B software is growing and it's not so easy for managers and employees to follow our new features and changes. For this reason, some activities you will do are:


  • Improve and maintain organized our help desk
  • Setup onboarding call with our new customers
  • Promote new features via email and webinars
  • Support customers with requests of support or bugs
  • Setup any engaging activities to make them love Nibol (events? meetups? aperitifs? gadgets?)


  • No experience in this activity, just a natural interest in helping people :)
